SHIPPING POLICY

What is the cost of shipping?

For all orders shipping is free of cost all over India.

All international orders, have a delivery fee depending on your delivery address.

You will be able to view the information at the time of checkout.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders.

In addition to the processing time, standard shipping takes 7-14 business days

International deliveries will take up to 7-10 business days more.

Please note: Business days do not include Sundays.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at orders@querated.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

How can I track my order which has been shipped ?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from the Orders section on our website.

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery.

Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or vendor location.

Will I have to pay customs & duties or any other additional taxes?

If you purchase from outside of India, you as the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I Return or Exchange a garment?​

We currently offer Hassle Free Returns/Exchange on Sizes or Damaged prducts. You can cancel within 24 hrs of placing by writing to customer care at "contact@querated.in" Unfortunately there are No returns on Custom Orders.

 If the garment size that you have purchased is not right for you, you have 14 days to make the exchange.

Jewellery products are not Eligible for exchange.

There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for exchange. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Be sure to view our size chart before placing your order to make the purchase seamless.

Please ensure that the garment is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags. Once we receive the return package, we will review and process the exchange. Items are eligible for exchange only once. 

We do not accept an exchanges for items marked as SALE and items purchased on Flash Sale. Unfortunately, we do not accept any international returns / exchanges at the moment.

How can I exchange a garment?

STEP 1: Send us an email within 14 business days of receiving the package on orders@querated.in

If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for an exchange.

STEP 2: The team will revert with an email confirming the exchange along with a return label.
STEP 3: Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags and a pick-up agent will come to collect the package.

Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the return and the package will be sent back. 

Remember that you must send the items you wish to return within 14 days from the shipping date of your order, before the exchange period expires. Items are eligible for exchange only once.

What if the product received is faulty or damaged?

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within the 14 day return period.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us at shopmoihno@gmail.com with ‘Request for Return/Exchange’ follow by your Order Number in the subject line. In the email mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you upon return.

What if an item I purchased is Out of Stock?

If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN PICK UP SERVICE FOR ITEMS THAT I NEED TO EXCHANGE?

We have a courier service that will facilitate the return, however this will be chargeable. Once we receive your request for exchange, we will send you an email stating all details and charges of the return.

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order by writing to us at  shopmoihno@gmail.com with the with ‘Request for Cancellation’ follow by your Order Number in the subject line. In the email mention the reason for the Cancellation.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days in case of cancellation of an order.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
